Mr. CA Singh Pauniya aged about 65 years is an industrialist with 46 years experience in Tractors sector industry.
CA Singh Pauniya is a visionary and the driving force behind the company. A tractor industry veteran with more than 46 years of experience in tractor industry, he carved out name for himself as direct Tractors sellers and tractors service providers since 1978. He has personally worked closely with many tractor companies and was instrumental in Pauniya’s tie up with OEM suppliers for the tractor parts & spares for his own tractor brand.
Mr. GC : MD (Managing Director)
Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary (Director) has a rich experience of research and development in tractors production & assembling having worked with OEM suppliers of premium tractor manufacturing companies for last many years. The business has benefited immensely from his experience and expertise. He identified the growth areas for the diversification and spreading the wings by developing the comprehensive business plans. Mr. Somesh Sharan : CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
A Top Management personnel par excellence, he brings in rich experience in various fields of administration and management. A seasoned professional with more than 20 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Project analysis, Risk assessment, Credit analysis, Debt syndication etc. He has been part of the top management of listed and unlisted companies in India & abroad.
In his role with Pauniya Tractors, he has been instrumental in setting up management procedures, enhancement standards and implementing effective operational model. A creative problem solver having the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders & lead team towards desired common goals. A philanthropist at heart, his experience and guidance has been instrumental in bringing stability and growth to the organization.
Mr. Shambhu Sharan Lal: CMO (Chief Marking Officer)
A seasoned businessman with experience over 40 years with diversified and varied exposure in management & general administration of companies. An entrepreneur with a deep liking for reforms in agricultural sector, he is the guiding force for the company. His association of more than 20 years with a leading FMCG conglomerate brings rich & diverse experience to Pauniya Family. He spearheads the strategic planning for Sales & Marketing & product strategy for national & international markets.
CS Pooja Jain: Head- H R & Compliance
A Company Secretary having more than 10 years of rich experience and expertise in Corporate Law, FEMA & Corporate compliances. She is also a certified POSH Trainer and is associated with NGO “Pink & Blue Symbiotic Living”. An expert in ensuring all secretarial and legal compliance for the company, she is assigned to the administration, legal & secretarial works of the company including conducting Board of Directors Meeting, Committee Meeting and Annual General Meeting as required under Companies Act involving issuance of notices, drafting agenda and recording of minutes and submission of Results.
Mr. Kewal Singh: GM (General Manager )Plant
Kewal Singh in Mechanical Engineering. He is working as Head – GM PLANT of Pauniya Tractors. He has worked with renowned companies like Hindustan Motors, Sonalika. He has 35 years experience in Automobile / Tractor industry in Production and policy & procedure formation. He holds the expertise in creating SOP’s for various Production department in addition to the execution of such SOP’s. In his previous assignments, he has created SOP for product monitoring for Tractor and started the concept of production infrastructure audit for new and existing model Tractor & Vehicle division. He is seasoned professional in handling internal and external vendor. He is seasoned professional in the field of vendor development, Cost negotiation, new product development, Product validation, creating large vendor base & cost effective quality component sourcing. He is a champion in working on cost reduction targets and material Planning.
